Good Omens Season 2 is now on Prime Video, and we had hoped to see Crowley and Aziraphale together. Is that how it ended?

If you saw the leak, you knew that there was an Ineffable Husbands moment finally coming. We got a clip of Crowley and Aziraphale together. That leak was quickly removed, and it led to us hoping that we’d get to see that in the series.

Is that what happened? Was it just a tease to make us think we’d get something? Well, here’s a look at everything that happened between Crowley and Aziraphale in the Good Omens Season 2 finale.

Does Aziraphale choose Crowley in Good Omens Season 2?

After finding out what had happened to Gabriel, we learn that Heaven offered Aziraphale was offered the chance to become the Supreme Archangel. Believing Heaven is still good, Aziraphale is excited about that. He’s even more excited when he learns that he can bring Crowley up to Heaven with him and make him an angel again.

However, Crowley doesn’t want that. He doesn’t like Hell, but he doesn’t think Heaven is good either. If Heaven destroys Earth, it’s going to be just as dead as if Hell did it. There is no good and evil.

To get Aziraphale to choose him, Crowley let his feelings out and kissed Aziraphale. It was the moment we hoped for, but it was short-lived. Aziraphale didn’t choose Crowley in the end. This certainly means we need a third season just to see if there is any hope for the Ineffable Husbands.
