What will Donovan choose to do on Coroner Season 3?

Donovan has a big medical decision to make on Coroner Season 3. What will that decision be and what lasting effects will it have?

In some good news, the radiation is working. That solitary tumor on his spine has reduced in size. That should be a good thing, but it’s not all great news. The doctor told him that there’s now a hole where the tumor was.

What does this mean? Well, it turns out Donovan needs to talk about having surgery to fix the hole. It’s not a simple fix, though.

It turns out the surgery could cause paralysis. Donovan may never be able to walk again. It’s a big decision to make, and clearly from the way Coroner Season 3, Episode 5 ended, he’s angry and scared.

Will Donovan have the surgery on Coroner Season 3?

Something to point out is that we don’t know if Donovan has any other choices right now. The doctor has said there is a surgery to fix the hole that could cause paralysis. Does he need to have that surgery, though?

Okay, there’s a hole in his spine, but I’m not going to pretend like I know much about medical issues. Is there a chance that Donovan could have a normal life with the hole in his spine?

It’s something that needs to be mentioned. However, it’s likely that Donovan is going to opt for the surgery. I mean, wouldn’t you want a hole in your spine fixed?

When this happens, there’s a chance that Donovan will initially not be able to feel his legs. This is a common story plot, often due to swelling around the spine. It creates an initial uncertainty about the character’s future.

However, I will admit that I’d love to see Coroner go a different route. I don’t want to see Donovan out of his job and struggling, but I’d love to see the writers go a route that isn’t just for the sake of drama.
