Cobra Kai Season 4 ended with a shocking twist that saw Kreese in trouble. Will he join with the allies in Season 5?

Caution: There are spoilers in this post from the Cobra Kai Season 4 finale.

If you thought the ending to the All Valley Tournament was a shocking moment, you will have wanted to stick around for what came next. Terry Silver wasn’t over with his hostile takeover and bad apple actions.

Kreese found himself arrested for something that he didn’t do. Ray told the police that Kreese was the one to beat him up even though it was Silver. It’s clear that Silver has threatened Ray with something (or promised him something?) to get him to lie.

What will Kreese do next? It’s clear Silver wants him out of the way, but is that permanently? Will it lead to Kreese rethinking his plan to work with Silver? Could Kreese end up joining with the good guys if they let him?

What will Kreese do on Cobra Kai Season 5?

This isn’t over for Kreese. Once he deals with the legal headache of being framed, he’ll want to figure out what he’s going to do next. He’ll want revenge against Silver.

It’s going to take some time to get people to turn against Silver, though. Most of the Cobra Kai students worship Silver. Those who don’t will struggle to get the others to listen to them. Even Tory may struggle, and that’s if she decides to do the right thing after learning Silver paid off the umpire at the match.

Kreese will need allies. The problem is that he’s running out of people willing to work with him or give him another chance. There’s no way that Daniel and Johnny will really want to join with him, even if it means taking down Silver. It doesn’t help that both of the men will need to shut their dojos after losing to Cobra Kai.

In fact, Johnny is off on the hunt for Miguel right now. It’s all left to Daniel, who has turned to an unlikely ally from Japan to find a way around the deal. Chozen is back, but he’s not going to want to work with Kreese either.

This is certainly setting up some interesting storylines for Cobra Kai Season 5.
