Most of the May 2022 finales on ABC are happening within the same week. There is one coming a week later than everything else, and it’s going to be a huge milestone. That big milestone is the Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 finale, which is also going to be the 400th episode.

The finale dates kick off on Sunday, May 15. That’s the week that we see the majority of the finales happen on ABC. Grey’s Anatomy is the only one that will be held for a week, arriving on Thursday, May 26.
