In The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5’s flash-forwards, we learn Midge marries four times in her life. Who were her husbands?

The final season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel included some flash-forwards. At one point, Midge shared that she had four ex-husbands. Did we ever learn who they all were?

We know one of them for certain. It was Joel Maisel, and we’re assuming she didn’t count the second marriage to him in the show. There was a look at someone she nearly married: Philip Roth. However, we didn’t see the other three men throughout the final season.

Who were Midge’s husbands in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

There is a point after mentioning the husbands that we see Midge in photos with some prominent men. This has led to fans believing that those men were her husbands. They included Paul Simon and Quincy Jones.

However, the show never outright stated which men were her husbands and which men were her friends. We can assume that she didn’t end up marrying Gordon Ford. He was already married and Midge kept turning down dates so that if she got on the show it was on her own terms and not just because she was sleeping with him.

The truth is, the show wasn’t about the other men Midge would marry. It was about her journey to becoming a star. The Gordon Ford Show was what made her into the star she would become, so it was all about those four minutes to do her thing. Did we really need to know who the husbands were?
