Lucifer Season 5A is just one of the new additions on Netflix in August 2020. Here’s a look at the full list of more than 100 new titles.

There’s no doubt that we’re certainly excited for Lucifer Season 5A on Netflix in August 2020. However, it’s not the only new title on the list. In fact, there are 114 new TV shows and movies heading to Netflix during the month, and that’s just the list that’s been recently released.

One thing to note is that Netflix has a habit of a few under-the-radar or last-minute additions during the month. There’s still possibly more to come.

But Lucifer Season 5A is certainly the biggest new addition. The first eight episodes of what was originally the final season will drop. There’s another eight for this season and Netflix did recently renew the series for a sixth (and now final) season.

If you love teen dance comedies like Bring It On and Step Up, then you’ll love Work It. Sabrina Carpenter stars as a clumsy but brilliant student. When her father dies, she vows to get into his alma mater. That means transforming herself and her dance squad into champions.

The third season of The Rain is also heading our way. The series started as a post-apocalypse show. Six years after a rain-borne virus spread across Scandinavia, a group decides to find out if there are any more humans. It’s certainly grown from there, and now we have another season of the story.

For those looking for something for the kids, there’s a new Super Monsters addition to the streamer. You can never have too much Super Monsters!

Those are just the Netflix Originals. There are plenty of third-party movies and TV shows heading to Netflix, especially on the first of the month. The Addams Family from 1991 is one of the top picks for families. If you love the Oceans movies, the second two are making their way to Netflix. So is The NeverEnding Story (and the second movie).

There are some exits to note, but nothing on the major side. The biggest exit is likely all seven seasons of Skins. It leaves on Aug. 1, so you’ve got some time to binge-watch. Download them so you have a little extra time after they leave.
