One Chicago, The Blacklist and more season finale dates set
The 2019-2020 TV season is coming to an end earlier than we expected. One Chicago, The Blacklist, Grey’s Anatomy and more have season finale dates set.
NBC has announced season finale dates for many of its current shows, and ABC, AMC, and others have recently also added dates. Some of these are new dates as many shows have shut down production, leading to earlier than normal season finales.
However, not all shows are wrapping up early. There are shows like Good Girls and Brooklyn Nine-Nine that already had episodes filmed, meaning the season finale dates previous set remain the same.
But you’ll want to know when your favorite shows are going to end. One Chicago, The Blacklist, and Grey’s Anatomy are among the list of shows that are coming to an end early. And that’s not including the shows that have already aired their early finales or unofficial finales (like FBI, Legacies, and Supernatural).
Here are the new season finale dates that you need to know about:
- Hawaii Five-0 (series finale)
- The Walking Dead
- The Resident
- Schitt’s Creek series finale
- Modern Family (series finale)
- Grey’s Anatomy
- Chicago Fire
- Chicago PD
- Chicago Med
- Better Call Saul
- Empire (new series finale)
- Brooklyn Nine-Nine
- Law & Order: SVU
- Will & Grace (series finale)
- Good Girls
- Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist
- The Blacklist
So far, we don’t know about the renewals for many of the shows. The ones that have “series finale” marked next to them are the ones that have already confirmed they’re ending. These shows confirmed their endings long before the coronavirus.
For Empire, the series finale has had to change. The show hadn’t wrapped production and there are no plans for the production to return after the coronavirus has blown over. That’s not the case for Supernatural, which fully intends to return to filming after the coronavirus pandemic to finish the final two episodes.
