Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker heading to Disney Plus in May 2020
Are you ready to binge-watch the entire Star Wars saga on Disney Plus? That’s going to be possible when Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is on the streamer.
You will soon be able to binge-watch all nine Star Wars movies on Disney Plus. Well, the nine main movies. There are many others and the series already on the streamer! Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is coming to Disney Plus in a weeks’ time.
That’s right, the movie is heading to the streaming service two months earlier than expected. Fans will get to watch from May 4, 2020. The date is otherwise known as Star Wars Day (May the Fourth be with you), so it’s fitting that the movie is added for subscribers on this day. It’s less than two months since the movie was released on DVD and Blu-ray, which will be surprising for many.
Disney has been extremely helpful to parents and everyone else stuck at home. Frozen II was the first movie to head to the streaming service early. Then fans got to watch Onward through it less than a month since the movie was released in theaters. Now we get Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. What will be next?

First time to binge all Star Wars main movies
This is the first time all the main movies will be available on a streaming service. You can watch from the very beginning to see how it all plays out once more. Maybe there are connections that you have never noticed before (and major plotholes in the later movies that will now never go unnoticed). Of course, there are many other movies and shows that you can also binge-watch.
