Stargirl: Will [Spoiler] survive the ceiling falling?

Just as we got to know a character, we lost them. Stargirl killed off one of the teens, but is this really going to be the end?

Caution: There are spoilers from Stargirl Season 1, Episode 10 in this post.

Stargirl Season 1, Episode 10 certainly felt like a good midseason finale. We got some shocking reveals and said goodbye to a character. At least, it feels like we may have said goodbye to a character.

After finding out the truth about Brainwave being the one to kill his mom, Henry Jr. chose the JSA. That led to Brainwave dropping a ceiling on his own son, making it look like Henry Jr. is dead. Courtney, Yolanda, Beth, and Rick certainly look like they believe he’s dead.

We haven’t seen the body

Let’s be honest. We don’t believe a character is dead until we’ve seen a body. Even when we’ve seen what looks like a death, we don’t believe it until the body is shown.

Stargirl Season 1, Episode 10 left us with Henry Jr. under the rubble. While it’s a slim chance that he’ll survive, there is a chance.

One thing we know is that the Dragon King has managed to find a way to survive death. Cindy is immortal. There’s a chance the Dragon King can use his abilities to bring Henry Jr. back from the brink of death.

Of course, there will be some sort of pact made. Brainwave will need to make sure Henry Jr. falls in line. That’s not going to be easy when Henry Jr. clearly wanted to join Courtney’s team. He was willing to fight against his dead and wants the JSA to continue to fight the ISA. Surely it won’t be too easy to turn him unless he loses some of his memories.

He’d have to lose the memories of his mother’s death. More specifically, he’d need to lose the memories of his dad being the one to kill her. Can the Dragon King do that?
