New Amsterdam Season 5 premieres tonight on NBC. Where will you be able to stream the episodes afterward? Here’s all you need to know.

It’s the beginning of the end tonight. New Amsterdam Season 5 is the final season of the series, and it will be the shortest to date. There will only be 13 episodes to finish the tale, which could mean seeing the ending before 2022 finishes.

There is one major change coming. Freema Agyeman is not going to be in the final season. That means everyone is questioning what it means for Sharpwin, and if the two will get a happy ending in the series finale.

You’ll want to stream the episodes each week. Where can you do that throughout the season?

Where to stream New Amsterdam Season 5

Episodes will air on NBC at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Tuesdays. That will happen each week, and there is enough time to bring us the series finale in December.

Where exactly do episodes go afterward? Is it still Hulu like last year? That’s a negative. The series will now stream on Peacock exclusively. All episodes are available the following day as usual.

Will the series come to Digital?

Is there a chance to buy the episodes still? Yes, there is. As like all broadcast shows, the episodes are released to buy on Digital the following day. You’ll be able to buy the whole season at once, although you’ll only get the episode as they’re released.

Is New Amsterdam on DVD and Blu-ray?

We will see New Amsterdam Season 5 come to DVD and Blu-ray. This is going to be after the full season airs.

Usually, the finales have been in May with the DVD release in August or September. This year is going to be a little different due to the earlier finish. We’ll keep an eye out for the plan, especially as a Complete Series option will also be available.
