There’s a change coming to the panelists on The Masked Singer, but not until Season 11. Who’s out and who’s in?
For the first time in The Masked Singer history, there’s a change to the panelists. We’re used to seeing Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, and Robin Thicke try to figure out who is behind the mask, but that will change.
Nicole is out. She has decided to step away from the series after 10 seasons, bringing about a change that we didn’t see coming. It’s worth noting that the change isn’t coming just yet. We’ll get the upcoming Season 10 with her, but the change comes next year.
Who will replace Nicole Scherzinger in The Masked Singer Season 11?
It’s time for Rita Ora to spend some time guessing who is behind the masks. The British singer and songwriter is no stranger to reality TV. She has been on The Voice: Australia, The X-Factor UK, and even America’s Next Top Model.
She also has experience in guessing who is behind the mask. Ora is one of the panelists on the UK version of The Masked Singer. She was a panelist for four seasons of the series.
Rita will take over panelist duties during the 11th season of the series. That’s set to air in 2024, and it’s likely in the midseason. Even if there wasn’t an original plan to air it in the midseason (we usually see two seasons a year), FOX may need to pull some unscripted forward to the midseason as the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes continue.
The change doesn’t seem to be permanent. Nicole is only stepping down due to appearing on the West End, according to TVLine. We could see her back for the 12th season, presuming the show is renewed.
