CultureFly’s The Nick Box fall 2021 unboxing and review

After a small delay, The Nick Box fall 2021 crate from CultureFly is here. Take a look inside at the Halloween-themed box.

The short delay is linked to the current shipping issues. It looks like all the CultureFly boxes ($) were affected by these delays. It is a shame the box didn’t get here in time for Halloween, but it’s still an awesome box.

I always look forward to The Nick Box. It can be a little hit and miss depending on the TV show focus. There are some shows that I didn’t watch or that I just didn’t enjoy all that much. The fall 2021 box is full of some of my favorite shows, including Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Real Monsters.

The Nick Box fall 2021

I’ve gone back to doing some unboxing videos, and the fall 2021 box is one of them. It gives you a look inside the box, and everything is opened for the first time in the video. I didn’t take a look except at the card included just to get an idea of the items included.

Take a look at the video:

Now it’s time to get into the box.

Are You Afraid of the Dark?

There are two Are You Afraid of the Dark items, and both glow in the dark. I haven’t had the chance to fully test out the glow in the dark capabilities just yet, but I still love the items.

The first is a long-sleeved shirt, which is perfect for this time of the year. It has “The Midnight Society” written all over it, which is a great way to show my love for the series without it being overly obvious. Fans of the series know who The Midnight Society is but that’s it.

The other item is a candle. I always love candles. This one isn’t scented but it is a soy candle, which is something I adore. More and more businesses are moving into soy candles. I’ll test out the burning capabilities and report back.

Real Monsters

Two of the items are REal Monsters. The first is a set of pins. I don’t usually use pins, but I love these ones, and the second item is perfect for them.

That second item is a bag. It’s a messenger bag and has a decent amount of room in it. The style is also great for preventing people sneaking their way in, making it perfect for comic-cons. This may even become my daily bag so I don’t damage my Doctor Who/Nightmare Before Christmas crossover bag from overuse.

Rugrats and Rocko’s Modern Life in The Nick Box fall 2021

The other items are from the usual suspects in The Nick Box. There’s always something from Rock’s Modern Life and Rugrats, right?

The Rugrats item is a bowl and spoon. I adore the packaging for this. It came in a Reptar cereal box. My kids questioned the box and I had to explain it’s the cereal in the show. They haven’t seen Rugrats, even the revival on Paramount+.

The bowls are always good quality. My kids use the Hulk bowl I got a few World’s Finest Collection boxes ago daily, so I fully expect this one to last.

The Rocko’s Modern Life items are a Shadowbox and a vinyl figure. The vinyl figure is pretty standard, but I do find the trick or treat bag cute. The box is actually my least favorite item. I don’t really have a use for it, but also, I don’t really get it. I’ve always viewed shadow boxes as those that you add bits to and show off a story, but that isn’t the case here. It’ll be good for my kids to store their jewelry and stuff though.
