Are you ready for more of Ryan Murphy’s horror? American Horror Story Season 12 has a premiere date, but it comes with some bad news.
The fall is almost here, and we know that usually means a lot of our scripted shows make a return. That’s not happening this year, with a lot of shows on a lengthy hiatus due to the strike action. However, American Horror Story is making a comeback.
Season 12 continued filming during the writers strike. There was a comment from Kim Kardashian that it involved some ad-libbing on set, which went against WGA strike rules, so it’s up to you if you want to support the show. Filming did have to stop during the SAG-AFTRA strike.
When will American Horror Story Season 12 premiere?
Enough of the season was filmed to bring us some of the story. Season 12, which is titled Delicate, will premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 20 on FX. It will stream on FX Now the following day.
The season is described as being an updated version of Rosemary’s Baby. It stars Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts, Cara Delevigne, Mj Rodriguez, and Matt Czuchry. That’s a lot of new faces to the show. Zachary Quinto will make a cameo at some point in the story.
There is some bad news for fans, though. It will be split in two parts. This is likely due to the strike action, and we’ll likely have a break before the next part of the season is ready. However, that’s not been confirmed. It’s just speculation based on how a lot of shows are being split if they have episodes ready for a fall release.
