Fans have had the chance to see the first half of Outlander Season 7. Now eyes are on when Outlander Season 7B will premiere.

Can you believe we’re into another Droughtlander already? Outlander Season 7A came to an end in a shocking way, and now all eyes are on what’s to come next. The great news is we know there is still more to come. The bad news is we have to wait for the episodes.

As STARZ warned us, the show is now on a mid-season break. Another eight episodes will arrive, but it’s going to be a few months at the very least before we get them. We’re not getting them at all in 2023.

When will Outlander Season 7B premiere?

When STARZ announced the Season 7A premiere, it came with the news that we’d get eight episodes. The other eight episodes of the season would arrive later: in 2024.

That’s right; we have to wait until 2024 for the episodes, and we have no idea when in 2024 it will be. It could be as early as February, which would see the same six-month break that Season 1 had. There are other rumors that say it will be April before we get the episodes. STARZ has not confirmed anything right now.

In some good news, the season shouldn’t have been affected by the current strike action in Hollywood. All filming had completed before the writers went on strike. The show was in post-production, which was able to go on during the strike. Then SAG-AFTRA went on strike in July. Even if some post-production work was needed, the work could continue. Outlander is not a SAG-AFTRA show, so it isn’t affected by the strike action.

That being said, Outlander Season 8 is affected by the strike action. The writers are part of the WGA, so writing stopped on the series. That means filming didn’t start when it was slated to.
