Walker is currently on a mini hiatus. When will new episodes of the series return in 2021? Here’s what we know so far.

After five episodes, Walker is heading on a break. This hiatus is relatively normal for CW shows around this time of year. We’re usually at a point where The CW needs to plan out the schedule to ensure as many episodes will air during the May Sweeps as possible.

The break is also used to help with filming. Usually, around this point of the year, the episodes aired have caught up with the episodes filmed. That is sort of happening now, and part of that is due to the pandemic. It’s taking longer to film content due to all the COVID protocols in place.

It’s also partly due to the season being extending. Five new episodes need to get slotted into the season, so more filming is needed.

The breaks allow for everything that needs to happen to take place. With any luck, there won’t be any more breaks in the season.

When will Walker Season 1, Episode 6 air?

But, you’re not all that bothered about why the show is on a break, right? You want to know when it will return. The promo told us everything we need to know.

Walker Season 1, Episode 6 will air on Thursday, March 11. There isn’t too long to wait for the series.

The episode will see some focus on Captain James and Liam Walker working together. They have questions about Emily’s death, but they don’t want to let Cordell in on this. At least, not just yet. Instead, they decide to call in a favor with someone else.

Hoyt is back. Of course, he’s not going to want to help at first, but maybe he will when he realizes it’s connected to Emily. He was friends with her back in the day. Maybe we’ll see his heart win out during the episode.
